    Utter Pradesh's Parinde mein parinda is an extravagant dish you can cook to win over the hearts of guests and family. This one is a big roast, which does involve quite a lot of work, but the result is an excruciating delicacy that will sway you away.

    It is made with stuffed animals and has a cavity filled with a boiled egg. The main ingredients of this dish are chicken, quail, duck and cooked eggs. Each bird is marinated separately and combined later to add the boiled egg and spiced stuffing within them. The flavours, in the end, are connected and come out spectacularly, which results in a culinary nirvana.
